A $30M Pittsburgh-based holding company contacted Pinnacle in early March as they had recently discovered they would be losing a key member of their accounting team. Although this individual put in their two weeks, the company was in a bind for time. This General Accountant position was responsible for completing key transactional and operational accounting for the organization.
Rather than rush to hire a new full-time employee, we quickly worked with company to place a General Accountant onsite on a Contract-to-Hire basis. This way both the company and the new General Accountant had time to determine if the position and culture was a good fit.
