How did Pinnacle help an Austin, TX company find the perfect candidate?
We recently teamed up with our Austin, TX affiliate office for a client of theirs based in Austin that had a national search for a Director of Internal Audit. This organization is a long-standing client of our Austin affiliate office. Our team at Pinnacle was able to provide this as an opportunity to the professionals we represent who are targeting this level of Internal Audit leadership role and open to relocation for the right opportunity.
Pinnacle shared this opportunity with a number of professionals that we are currently working with on identifying the right career advancement opportunity and who are open to relocating to Austin, TX. Of those that were interested, we worked with our Austin affiliate office to get the interested professionals in front of the decision makers at the client and set up interviews.
After the initial interviews, the client then called back one of the professionals that Pinnacle represents for a final interview because of the strength of the match. Even though there were other opportunities that this candidate was exploring, the client decided they liked the proposed candidate so much that they made them an offer before they were even able to make it back home from the interview! Not only was this candidate offered the job, but the offer was $25k higher than originally anticipated and allowed the candidate to be close to their son in Austin.
